A practical in-home support program where DDSi goes to the participant's home within the approved service area to support daily living skills and confidence with everyday tasks.

What PAC does

PAC helps participants practice daily living skills and routines in the place where those skills are used most: their home and daily life. Staff support participants while encouraging confidence and independence.

Skill-building in daily life

Support may focus on everyday routines, independence-building tasks, communication with support teams, community participation, and goals outlined for the participant.
