DDSi offers a range of programs for people with disabilities and the families who support them. Each program has its own focus, from ABA and behavior support to in-home skill-building, community outings, therapy, and wellness support.

DDSi programs are delivered in two main ways. Some programs happen at the DDSi location, and others are service-area based, where DDSi comes to the participant.

Medicaid waivers we accept

DDSi accepts these Indiana Medicaid waivers. Not sure which one applies to you? Reach out and DDSi will help you figure it out.

  • Community Integration and Habilitation Waiver (CIH)

    For individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities who need a high level of support to live in the community.

  • Family Supports Waiver (FSW)

    For individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities who live with family or independently and need fewer supports than the CIH Waiver.

  • Traumatic Brain Injury Waiver (TBI)

    For individuals with a qualifying traumatic brain injury who meet nursing-facility level of care.

  • Coming soon

    Health and Wellness Waiver (H&W)

    For individuals 59 and younger who meet nursing-facility level of care due to physical disabilities or certain medical conditions.
